Answers:

1I think you will find that Clinton was in fact impeached, he was found guilty of one charge, the impeachment did not pass the Senate.
House Members knew it would not pass the Senate but they wanted to drag Clinton into the mud before elections.

BTW, propane cause's cancer, look at the lable on the tank.. it is also illegal to store propane tanks inside a dwelling of any kind..All tanks are to be outside the Dwelling.
