where can i get through-the-wall registers with booster fans?

we have just installed a bio-fuel heating stove in our living room, and we need a way to improve heat circulation to the adjoining rooms. i have seen ads for booster fan registers that are made to replace existing registers, but not one for a new through-the-wall installation. thanks!
